Rental

The former depot (BAWAG) in Landsberg am Lech should basically be given a new dedication. The city of Landsberg imagines a modern residential area. Experience has shown that this project development will take several years. We rent the space offered for this period. This means that we cannot agree on long-term terms. We conclude rental agreements with a statutory termination option.
