In Lübeck, we were able to acquire two building plots for student housing in the "Hochschulstadtteil Lübeck". Together with the project partner BSB Baubetreuung and Bauträger GmbH, we assumed the advisory role in the planning of 213 student apartments. Through our location analyzes, feasibility studies and other extensive studies, we were able to sell the property as a "package" to a German investor with a GÜ contract.
