The company BSB Baubetreuung and Bauträger GmbH purchased a property directly on the university campus in Bremen and planned to build 286 furnished rooms for students in large residential communities. We took over the advisory mandate and prepared the development for global investors. After extensive market studies, although the asset class "Micro-Living" was not yet tradable in Germany, we were able to inspire an Irish investor for this property and sold the complete plant ready to go.
