Bremen II

336 student apartments, sold

As a further development in partnership with the BSB Baubetreuung and Bauträger GmbH, a development site for student housing was acquired in Bremen, right next to the campus site in the Universitätsallee. After receiving the building permit for 336 apartments, we were also able to sell the property to a German investor.
