Inventus is a real estate company from Landsberg am Lech, Germany. Managing director Peter Kerler has been self-employed in property sales and development since 1987. He has supported more than 1,400 apartments and micro apartments in sales and consulting and founded DEAL Magazin in 2002.

Klaus Johann Kopp

Architect and pioneer of modern architectural psychology. Most recently worked with the studio of Daniel Libeskind on the "Sapphire" residential building in Berlin. Guest lecturer at Alanus University.
Jürgen Schnülle
BSB Bremen, since 1990
Co-founded BSB Baubetreuung und Bauträger GmbH in Bremen and developed university housing for institutional investors long before micro-living became an asset class of its own.
