If we now imagine an apartment that has only 22 square meters, it becomes clear that everything has to be well thought out and extremely clever and functional, down to the smallest square centimeter.

Let's start with the air. It has certainly happened to you before, that you wake up and feel like you are "bruised". The air is in the room and the head is almost bursting.

This means that the air in the apartment is permanently exchanged and temperature differences are compensated. If cold outside air is directed inwards in winter, it receives the heat of the used and outwardly derived indoor air via a very effective heat exchanger. This effect saves a lot of energy and brings fresh, well tempered air into the apartment.

These devices are also connected to the bathroom. If the unit detects humid air, it immediately begins to exchange this air. As a result, annoying mold can be avoided. Compared to forced ventilation, you probably know the annoying loud fan that rattled earlier in the bathroom, we have introduced here a contemporary and optimal solution.
