Staff housing: companies rent 400 apartments for their employees

Companies that want to attract new staff increasingly have to offer them somewhere to live as well. Since September 2025, companies have rented 400 apartments in Frankfurt, Berlin and Hamburg for their employees from HAVENS LIVING, a brand of the International Campus Group. The group is expanding these partnerships.

DEAL Magazin had already described this need for staff housing in 2018 in connection with our project in Kaufering.
