Inventus.blue develops and builds 60 apartments directly at Kauferinger Bahnhof in the bacon belt of Munich and Augsburg. Yesterday, the foundation stone was laid for the ambitious project. At the laying of the foundation stone, numerous guests from politics and business came to celebrate the first progress together with Inventus.blue and the general contractor Vilgertshofer.

Guests of honor included Kaufering's mayor Mrs. Bärbel Wagener-Bühler, Deputy Mayor Gabriele Triebel as well as the Lord Mayor of Landsberg am Lech Mr. Mathias Neuner. All praised in their greetings the characteristic micro-living concept as imaginative, meaningful and absolutely adapted to the trend of the time and the region. There are some publicly traded corporations that have settled here, such as B. HILTI or Rational ... and the potential for housing seekers is huge, so the other tenor.

"With only 35 minutes by train to Munich Central Station, the location is sensationally priced as well as the location," says Inventus.blue CEO Peter Kerler. "The old town gem Landsberg am Lech is even only six minutes by train from Kaufering. And 38 minutes to Augsburg, which has made this location a massive hub and commuter location for years, "adds Heide Groz, co-founder of Inventus.blue. Both of them thanked all those involved for the wonderful commitment they have been able to experience so far in their project. Then they closed the obligatory time capsule and buried them in the foundations.

About the project itself: Completion is planned for the summer of 2019. With two L-shaped buildings, each apartment enjoys a sunny south-west orientation and with 21 sqm and 24 sqm optimal apartment sizes are displayed. For the special design, the material and the characteristic of the furniture Heide Groz promises of Inventus.blue a very special Schmankerl.
