Deutsche Realty AG: advisory from Zurich

In an interview in DEAL Magazin 10/2009, Peter Kerler presents Deutsche Realty AG, an advisory firm based in Zurich in which he holds a one-third stake. It is run by three board members: Holger Budelmann for valuation and development, Rolf Engel for finance and investment banking, Peter Kerler for sales and marketing.

Its services: acquisition, sale, sale and leaseback, structuring, financing and closing, on behalf of pension funds, insurers and funds. In Bremen, 284 student beds are being built at the time for an Irish investor.
