The journey to Landsberg opens my heart again and again, it is the Bavarian Old Town jewel on the Lech, here I linger very much and come very quickly in a pleasant relaxation. Today I meet Peter Kerler, a true Landsberger who builds an exciting project in Kaufering. We are sitting in his small office in the old town of Landsberg.

Mr Kerler, everyone here in the district is probably talking about your modern construction project, which is venturing in a direction that has not yet existed. What was the reason to carry out this project?
