Inventus.blue: Building permit for 60 Micro-Living Apartments

Inventus.blue develops and builds 60 apartments directly at the Kauferinger Bahnhof in the bacon belt of Munich and Augsburg. Now the project developer has received the building permit. "With just 35 minutes by train to Munich Central Station, the location is sensationally priced and location wise," says Inventus.blue CEO Peter Kerler. The old town gem Landsberg am Lech is even only six minutes by train from Kaufering.

About the project itself: Construction has already started, and completion is scheduled for June 2019. With two L-shaped buildings, each apartment enjoys a sunny south-west orientation and with 21 sqm and 24 sqm optimal apartment sizes are displayed. For the special design, the material and the characteristic of the furniture Heide Groz promises of Inventus.blue a very special Schmankerl. The furniture was specially designed for this project and forms the forerunner into a new living concept. Particularly pleasing: Just yesterday, the first student of the Technical University of Munich settled on the tenants list, which is now available.
