DEAL Magazin: institutions invest billions in micro living, and you?

In its 10/2018 issue, DEAL Magazin presents our micro-living apartments in Kaufering. The idea: what institutional investors buy by the billion should also be open to private investors. The site by the commuter station is 35 minutes by train from Munich central station and 37 from Augsburg, six minutes from Landsberg am Lech. And the apartments meet part of the demand for staff housing from the growing companies in the area.
